An Organization Reality Report (ORR) is a candid and comprehensive articulation of an organization’s current state as seen through the eyes of its 20-30 top leaders. The report’s target audience is CEOs, Boards, and Executive Teams needing to accelerate prioritization and alignment amidst complex change. 

The data used to produce an ORR are verbatim quotes from confidential one-on-one interviews. Conducted by senior organizational consultants, the interviews provide a seasoned and reflective space for executives to make implicit thinking explicit, often at a depth they haven’t shared before. Quotes are then anonymized and arranged into a clear storyline using content analysis software.

The output is a snapshot of integrated thinking that is otherwise impossible to see, allowing executives to quickly and clearly understand similarities and differences in perspectives. By surfacing difficult systemic issues without pointing fingers, the ORR lowers defenses and gives an executive team a shared jumping-off point from which to plan strategic paths forward.
